I would like to see a greater effort put into enforcing the laws of the road for bikers. This would benefit bikers and drivers alike. As a driver in the City, I have had to slam on my breaks on multiple occasions to avoid a biker who makes an illegal turn or runs a light.

If the city is dedicated to the idea that Boulder should be a leader in the biker movement, it should set a precedent for biking law enforcement for other cities to follow.
