Restore the natural corridor along the stream including the wooded area along it and the stream itself. Broadway currently breaks this natural connection between east and west. The concrete waterfall at Broadway doesn't help either. Obviously, an expensive proposition, but there aren't many natural stream corridors left. Outside of this tight corridor, do everything else that people are hoping for.
