Being an out-of-state student living in a condo in Boulder during the school-year, I would really like to be able to grow my own vegetables and herbs. Some sort of community garden somewhere in the Civic Area would be great, even if there is a membership fee to grow in the gardens. It would be a great place to foster community growth as well.
