Way too many transients and homeless sleeping and loitering with their dogs. They make a mess, litter, and drink in public. I recommend roaming bike "courtesy" patrols that patrol under the bridges and along the creek day AND night. The clamshell amphitheater is great but is spoiled by the homeless.
